      b)Rezoning Off-Site Requirements
   6.Maplewood Seniors Care Society’s accepting the Letter of Offer
   7.Prepare Report for Council’s Next Available Date (Council Meets twice per month)
   8.Council’s First Reading of Rezoning By-Law
   9.Council’s Public Hearing
   10.Report with Public Input and Recommendation prepared.
   11.Council’s Second and Third Readings of Rezoning By-Law
   12.Final Requirements by Applicant and By-Law Adoption by Council
